Kaleido Technology's equipment customization consists of the following tools:

Enhanced thermal stability through active feed-back systems
gives the ability to maintain sub-micron accuracy for extended
periods of machining time - Through proprietary pre-processor software, nanometer-accuracy part programs can be generated from CAD-files (no analytic surface description required)
- Proprietary control software tool ensures cutting under ideal conditions for any given free-form surface
- Control software with proprietary interpolation routines leads to ultra-smooth surface entirely free of coherent discretization noise, otherwise typical in free-form cutting.

Nanotechnology Systems 350FG ultra-precision machining systems that
has been customized to meet Kaleido’s needs for long-term
temperature stability to maintain sub-micron accuracy cutting for
several days without tool re-calibration.
