Kaleido Technology manufactures Fresnel lens tooling masters for Solar concentrator flat panel lens arrays.
Kaleido uses specially designed tooling with select materials and proprietary machine control programming to achieve best in class “tip and valley” profiles for Fresnel lens structures. Sub-micron precision Fresnel lens masters means higher concentrator efficiency from your lens.
Kaleido specializes in providing high quality Fresnel lens masters. Kaleido can also provide replicated lens array tooling or the final replicated lens panels through one of their manufacturing partners.
