Tools for micro-prism replication
Kaleido Technology offers manufacturing of master tools for a variety of custom micro prism applications.
Thanks to Kaleido's ultra-smooth free-form turning technology, Kaleido Technology has been able to develop and optimize its prism cutting process and material selection to offer smooth, defect-free tools with very high precision on groove angles, groove linearity and other critical parameters.
1-directional prism tools can be offered in sizes up to 300 x 150 mm, and general 3-directional multi-facetted structures are offered in sizes up to 100 x 100 mm.
Application example
For
a retro-reflective structure Kaleido Technology manufatured a 100 x
100 mm master. Thanks to dedicated process optimization, a
high-quality tool was manufactured.
